Once the agent is on the line, inform him/her that you accidentally triggered the SOS button. If you do not respond to the agent's questions, he/she will assume that there is an emergency situation and will inform the nearest emergency services unit of an accident.
Yes, Rolls-Royce recommends that all owners place a manual test emergency call. If you place a test emergency call you will be connected to a Rolls-Royce Assist Call Center agent. For safety reasons, you will be unable to terminate the call. Once the agent is on the line, inform him/her that you are performing a test call. If you do not respond to the agent's questions, he/she will assume that there is an emergency situation and will inform the nearest emergency services unit of an accident.

The time varies depending on your Rolls-Royce's data connection and signal strength and the amount of new information included in the newest map update.

This service is automatically activated for you. The Map Updates will also be sent automatically.
